To deep-fry tempura, mix Nisshin Tempura Flour with cold water following the instructions on the package. Heat Tsuno Rice Bran Oil in the Chitose iron pot to around 170–180°C. Dip your ingredients in the batter and fry until golden. Use the Kiya cooking chopsticks to safely handle the food while frying, and transfer to Kamiiso tempura paper to drain excess oil. Finish with a sprinkle of Yamakawa seasoning or a touch of green yuzu kosho for added depth of flavor.
