Welna Annin Tofu Almond Jelly Instant Mix 60g

• Makes approximately 4 cups of annin tofu
• Easy to prepare with milk and water
• Adding milk in two stages creates a smoother texture
• Sets after chilling for at least 1 hour
• Can be enjoyed without syrup

Mix the entire 60g bag with 100ml of water and 150ml of milk until completely dissolved. Heat over medium heat while stirring until the mixture comes to a full boil, then remove from the heat and mix in the remaining 100ml of milk. Pour evenly into four cups, allow to cool slightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
